Ricardo Toledo
Design Strategist. Innovation Architect. Relentless Problem Solver
I work at the intersection of design, strategy, and innovation.
For over two decades, I’ve helped ambitious companies solve complex problems, build better products, and make sharper decisions. Not louder. Not trendier. Just smarter.
I’ve led more than fifty high-impact workshops, crafted over thirty digital products, and worked with global brands, banks, telcos, retailers, startups, and real estate companies. My approach blends design thinking, systems thinking, and practical execution to deliver results that stick.
I’m the founder of BYTOLE, an innovation and design studio built for companies that want clarity, momentum, and serious outcomes. We help teams stop wasting time on theater and start building things that actually work.
I’ve taught innovation frameworks across Latin America, led UX transformations inside enterprise teams, and helped define strategies powered by AI, IoT, smart contracts, and emerging technologies. I apply proven frameworks like Design Thinking and the Double Diamond plus my own original methodology called LADLE.
If it feels broken, chaotic, or stuck, that’s where I step in.
What I Believe
Innovation is not a department. It is a mindset.
Design without empathy is just decoration.
If it feels complicated, it’s not ready.
If it doesn’t work in the real world, it doesn’t work.
My Mission
To help companies make better decisions through sharper design, faster strategy, and frameworks that drive results. No buzzwords. No theater. Just clarity, execution, and progress.
Whether I’m consulting global firms, coaching internal teams, or building tools through BYTOLE, the goal is always the same—create impact that lasts.
