Design, technology and leadership, connected by better thinking.

I have spent nearly two decades working across design, innovation, technology and digital transformation, helping organizations make better decisions and turn difficult problems into practical outcomes.
My career began in web design and grew through user experience, product strategy, leadership and enterprise transformation. That path taught me to see the same challenge from several angles: what people need, what the business can sustain, what technology can enable and what the organization is actually prepared to change.
I have worked across banking, telecommunications, retail, real estate, technology and other industries throughout the region. My work has included leading teams, shaping new products and services, facilitating executive alignment, improving internal systems and helping organizations move from broad ambition to decisions they can execute.
I am the author of Innovation Unrated: On Design Thinking, a practical account of what design thinking looks like when workshops go sideways, pitches fail and the process alone is no longer enough. The book focuses on judgment, resilience and the ability to find the real problem when the room becomes difficult.
What I explore
I write about design, artificial intelligence, innovation, organizational systems, decision-making and leadership. The common thread is how people and organizations can think more deliberately, learn faster and build things that create real value.
What I am building
Alongside my writing and professional work, I am a co-founder of HIT & Co., a boutique consulting firm focused on finding and solving meaningful operational and technology problems, and the founder of BYTOLE, where ideas, tools and products can become scalable systems.
